artlogic Ltd is a steadily growing, internationally oriented service company in the TV, theatre and event industry. We are seeking to recruit a Payroll and Financial Accountant, to join our team.
\nOur team comprises almost 400 permanent employees and 6 trainees in the commercial and technical area.<\/p>\n
To strengthen our back office, we are looking for an accountant full time or part-time, who would like to calmly face the rapidly changing needs of the industry and work with us on a daily basis.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities will be:
\n* Posting of all current business transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
\n* Reconciliation of accounts, execution of account clearing and account maintenance
\n* Document review and maintenance
\n* Support for payroll
\n* Support for travel expenses
\n* Support of controlling
\n* Claims Management
\n* All administrative work<\/p>\n
* Personal Assisting the CEO<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n* A completed accounting training or experience in the field of payroll and finance
\n* Good communication, organizational and team skills
\n* A quick comprehension and good resilience
\n* Independent result-oriented working method
\n* Excellent PC knowledge
\n* Proficiency on Greek and English languages is a must. German language proficiency will be considered an advantage<\/p>\n
